• Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing (opening of accounts for new investors, account maintenance requests from client with regard to the distribution list, dividend option, client type and other tasks as assigned from time to time)
• Preparation of reports such as key performance indicators (KPI), end of day, completed tasks, governance deck 
• Logging and tracking of the accounts to be completed for the day
• Training of new team members, assists the AVP in the management of the team and in the oversight of day-to-day BAU operations
• Review and update of procedures
• Fund Promoter migration and activation of agents
