Assistant Restaurant Manager - Las Flores BGC at The Bistro Group (2024-01 – 2026-01)

• Overseeing daily operation to ensure smooth flow of operation and maintaining quality food and beverages.
• Engage with guests to help elevate their experience and create lifelong guests.
• Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual staff evaluation and validation. As well as training of new and existing employees.
• Conducts monthly inventory of beers, liquor, and liqueuers.
• Weekly ordering of wet and dry ingredients and operating ammenities for daily use.

• Conducts 3 Days Classroom Orientation for OJTs and new hires.
• Conducts internal audit of Bistronomia Stores, FOH team members, and managers. Ensuring that stores are well maintained and SOPs are being properly executed.
• Oversees the servers' performance across all Bistronomia stores and conducting training seminars to enhance their skills and knowledge.
