- Prepared necessary Project documents. (FMEA, Change Control, Schedules)
- Operates/Draw 2D or 3D drawings using SOLIDWORKS.
- Monitored project updates and schedules.
- Proposed/make improvements for product/process quality and safety issues.
- Establish work instruction, procedures, one-point lessons, modules and etc.
- Review injection molding parameters.
- Establish optimum injection molding parameters thru validation.
- Establish optimum parameters for injection molding auxiliaries such as pick-up robots.
- In charge of the installation of the new Injection molding machine, product pickup robot, chiller, and other molding machine auxiliaries
- Ensures that new machines can produce good quality products prior to endorsing production.
- Review incoming inspection data for newly purchased mold parts.
- Weekly Audit of the supplier to ensure no nonconformity will happen.
