• Supervise and oversee all electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily work schedules to electricians, foremen, and electrical helpers.

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including: Power distribution systems, Lighting systems, Panel boards and switchgear, Conduits and cable trays, Wiring and cable installations, Grounding systems, Emergency power systems, Fire alarm systems, Low-voltage systems.
• Prepare manpower schedules and allocate labor resources efficiently.
• Review and approve material requests and ensure the proper use and storage of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize waste to control project costs.
• Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and maintain work quality.
• Supervise electrical testing, inspections, energization, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with utility providers, government inspectors
