- Plan, organize, and assign daily work schedules to electricians, foremen, and electrical helpers.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, single-line diagrams, and technical documents.
- Ensure that all electrical works comply with approved plans, project specifications, the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer, architects, consultants, and other construction trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure electrical works are completed according to the approved construction schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including: Power distribution systems, Lighting systems, Panel boards and switchgear, Conduits and cable trays, Wiring and cable installations, Grounding systems, Emergency power systems, Fire alarm systems, Low-voltage systems.
- Prepare manpower schedules and allocate labor resources efficiently.
- Review and approve material requests and ensure the proper use and storage of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize waste to control project costs.
- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays and maintain work quality.
