Planning evaluation, Site Supervision and Implementation of all Mechanical Works (Plumbing and Drainage, Fire

Protection and HVAC Systems) shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, infrastructure plans, standard

Installation details, method statements and inspection and test plan documents including preparation of scope of works. I conduct material inspections delivered at site, issue non-compliance report and give instruction to pull out materials that are not approved and sub-standard materials. I do site work inspections, reviewing project schedule against work progress, evaluation of completed works for billings & claims. I am attending request for information,

discussion with contractor representative, evaluation of variation claims raised and coordinate with quantity surveyor.

I issue non-compliance report for non-quality installation. I am attending testing and commissioning, reviewing as-

built drawings, material documents and Operation &Maintenance Manual.

As a Mechanical Engineer, I was in-charge in the mechanical design works, preparation of project specifications and scope of works, layout drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ) and completion of bid documents. I am also coordinating with suppliers for quotation of equipment and materials including coordination with clients regarding design requirements. I also assist the client in securing government permits and licenses.

As a HVAC Supervisor, I act as Mechanical Supervisor as well, I was in-charge in implementing the Mechanical activities according to approved shop drawings in order to meet the site program and project quality plan. I am also organizing the Mechanical activities at site in accordance to the weekly plan in order to ensure productivity and quality is achieved.

I am also coordinating with the site engineer and site supervisor regarding the sequence of works in order to prevent any conflicts between the activities. I execute all Mechanical works in accordance to the safety and environmental regulations in order to prevent any accident or injury to happen.March 2006 – January 2008

contractors working in the project. I submit weekly accomplishment report with the confirmation of owner or owner representative to Accounting/ Engineering/ Sales department. I attend coordination meetings required by owner/construction manager. I am also responsible to collate all documents such as operation manual, approved technical brochures, as-built drawing, test data results, etc. required for the turnover and acceptance of the project.
