Jeremiah Bueno

My pre medical course is Bachelor of Science in nursing, and finished my Doctor of Medicine degree at Davao Medical School Foundation in 2024. I passed my Licensure exam in October, 2026 with a general average of 84.75.

My work experience as a nurse was being a clinical instructor, where I thought nursing students in the classroom and supervised them in clinical setting (2010-2012). I become a community health nurse for 5 years, where I rendered my service for health promotion and disease prevention in the people of the community.

I am found of sharing my knowledge to other people, especially when it comes to health teaching. I am dedicated to work and passionate to what I do. My talents and skills include painting, making crafts, cooking, playing lawn tennis, badminton and pickle ball. I am computer literate.

1. IPHO Maguindanao (employed as a community health nurse under Nurse Deployment Program from June 2012 to October 2017)

• Able to do health education to individuals or groups regarding disease prevention and health promotion;
• Able to do basic procedures such as monitoring blood pressure, temperature, measurements and other data, and developing information on health history, diet history and family health status;
• Able to advise on prenatal, postnatal and breastfeeding care;
• Able to perform family planning consultation, and immunization for infants, pregnant women and elderly;
• Able to perform home visits, allowing to know a patient's condition and health history and aids in determining a plan of care;
• Able to monitor and collaborate with other health personnel regarding the incidence and control of communicable diseases spreading around community;
• Able to participate in government projects such as mass immunization of tetanus toxoid, de-worming and vitamin A administration for young children, etc.

1. Notre Dame University (worked as a clinical instructor from January 2010 to March 2012)

• Able to demonstrate and teach patient care in classroom and clinical area to nursing students and instructs students in principles and application of physical, biological, and psychological subjects related to nursing;
• Able to lecture to students, conduct and supervise laboratory work, issue assignments and reports;
• Able to supervise student nurses and demonstrates patient care in clinical units of hospital and community health units;
•  Able to prepare and administer examinations, evaluate student progress, and maintain records of student classroom and clinical experience;
• Able to participate in teaching schedule, and course outline.
