Receiving deliveries and signing documents upon receipt
Unloading packages from incoming trucks.
Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
Create a bad order report for damaged shipments.
Verify packages according to order and invoices.
PO booking through E1 system.
Printing travelers and attaching them to the items.
Endorsed the received item to the end user, Q.A., or Warehouse Stock.
Receiving RGA for return/repair and endorsing to the inspector.
Daily checking of forklift for safe use.
Encode all deliveries to our database.
Compiles and maintains manual and computerized records.
Physical Putaway: Relocating items to their assigned spots, utilizing equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary.
Storage Location Determination: Assessing the best storage location based on factors like product type, size, weight, and demand.
Inventory Management: Updating inventory systems with the newly designated storage locations and possibly executing stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Order Fulfillment: Pickers identify and collect items from warehouse shelves or storage areas according to pick lists or electronic orders.
Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate and organized documentation of issued items, maintaining proper records, and possibly managing databases or systems.
Quality Control: Checking the accuracy and completeness of issued items while addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
