• Inventory Management: Updating inventory systems with the newly designated storage locations and possibly executing stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Order Fulfillment: Pickers identify and collect items from warehouse shelves or storage areas according to pick lists or electronic orders.
• Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate and organized documentation of issued items, maintaining proper records, and possibly managing databases or systems.
• Quality Control: Checking the accuracy and completeness of issued items while addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
