• Serving as a supply chain management leader.
• Responsible for ensuring the logistical requirements of the assigned warehouse or distribution functional area are met.
• Planning, coordinating and evaluating various operations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics program.
• Specialized experience includes knowledge of a wide range of well-established and commonly applied supply principles, concepts, and methodologies in warehouse or distribution operations and uses that knowledge when such work requires the application of some judgement and analysis to provide services or resolve problems.
• Ability to perform recurring types of assignments, operations, and procedures in providing services and resolving issues and problems of a procedural nature in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to search for and analyze information, trace sequences of transactions to resolve inquiries and eliminate problems involved in delivering services.
• Utilize automated logistics systems to support various warehouses or distribution functional areas (Distribution and Transportation).
• Knowledge and utilization of TEWLS (Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System).
• Proficient in operating a personal computer and using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) at a level that allows the employee to independently input, change, manage, analyze and retrieve data related to the functions of this position.

HAZMAT CLERK - VECTRUS / GULF SUPPLIES AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES - Camp As Sayliyah, Doha, Qatar

• Assigned at Hazardous Material Section.
• Perform full operational duties such as receiving, storing, packing, quality control, inventory and transportation.
• Prepare the paperwork such as Material Receipt Order, Packing List.
• Handled all medical supplies and medical equipment, outbound and inbound shipping on daily basis, work closely to receiving with accurate receipt goods.
• Receive and process cross dock.
• Process replenishment.
• Prepare shipper's Declaration for Hazardous Materials to be ship.
• Process the outbound delivery items.
• Make a track manifest and print shipping labels.
• Put and process radio frequency tracking device to the outbound shipment.
• Packed hazardous items, including full oxygen cylinder with the right labels and DOT labels.
• Packed and palletized Bio Medical equipment to be ship that contains hazmat such as batteries and refrigerants with the right labels, DOT labels and documentation.
• Complete paperwork promptly and accurately and turn to appropriate personnel.
• Report expired items, damage and discrepancies.
• Receive and ship re-consignment.
• Update the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
• Update SOP Books (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Operate specialized material handling equipment including forklift, stock selector, pallet jack, high speed automated packaging machinery and other warehouse equipment according to prescribed safety procedures.
• Efficiency and safe review in documentation, comprehension, and application of assigned task.
• Update packing supplies monthly and put order for items that need to order.
• Maintain valid forklift, stock selector and Hazmat certification.
• Weekly and monthly check the fire extinguisher, eye wash station, shower, safety board and spill kits.
• Maintain a neat, clean and orderly warehouse.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed; attend required daily safety meetings.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE.

WAREHOUSEMAN - ITT / APS-5 (GULF SUPPLIES AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES) - Camp As Sayliyah, Doha, Qatar

• Load and unload delivery truck by forklift, hand or with pallet jack.
• Perform operational duties such as receiving, storing, packing, shipping and inventory.
• Segregate the items by national stock number, lot number.
• Processing by checking the manufactured date and expiration date.
• Make a location change and stock on the shelves.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Attend a safety meeting every morning, before proceeding to work.
