· After a year and a half I was transferred to a new acct which is Modivcare
· We help out patients with their transportation services under their insurance by checking if the patient is eligible.

· We help our customers on how to activate their Office 365 depending on what kind of office 365 they’ve avail.
· We have that saved in to an excel file and use LMI to assist the customer if they are having issues with installation.

· We help out customer with their billing concerns, acct concerns and activations if their prepaid sim cards.
· The tools that we use are similar to ATT like CRM and Torch.
