Over 16 years of experience as an Information Technology professional in six different companies from government, insurance, data center, exhibitors and manufacturers including garments. Performs like installation, troubleshooting , upgrade computer peripherals, update the windows patches in desktop, laptop, printer, CCTV and server platforms and inventory all IT equipment's and different software licenses. Deployment all platforms like desktop, laptop, other IT peripherals and CCTV to our user/client and provide the first level as help desk support, second level as technical support up to third level as team leader technical support or sometimes officer in charge/supervisor.

Check and test the network installation, troubleshooting, implementation the new IT products to our company especially for the requirements for the company operation. I’m also certified as TESDA - Technical Education and Skills Development Authority as a Computer Technician (COC) and Computer Hardware Servicing NCII. I’m accepting some freelance work or projects like Hardware Services including troubleshooting, installation of computer peripherals and PC assembly.

Services including installation or uninstall software applications, operating system upgrade and reprogram or reformat and corporate maintenance including computer maintenance and networking. I'm a fast learner, quick learner and can work with minimum supervision.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
