Creative professional with over 6 years of experience in the printing and design industry. I began my career as a Junior Graphic Artist and progressed to Senior Graphic Artist before becoming Head of Creative Design at a plastic printing company from 2016 to 2022. As my role developed, my focus expanded from hands-on design work to leading and managing a creative team, overseeing project execution, maintaining design quality, and coordinating with different departments to meet client and business goals.

Currently, I work in a BPO company that supports small non-profit organizations in the United States. My role involves helping improve their websites to ensure they are accessible and user-friendly, while also working directly with clients through meetings and communications. In addition, I manage a team of agents, monitor their performance, and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service and results.
