I am currently a Quality Assurance and Development Officer at Signarama Philippines, where I optimize our processes, ensuring strict product standards, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Prior to this, I served as the Design and Production Head within the same company. In that role, I managed the end-to-end creative and manufacturing lifecycles, translating conceptual designs into high-quality physical signage.
Moving from production leadership into QA has given me a unique, holistic view of the business—I don't just know how to inspect the final product for flaws; I deeply understand the manufacturing bottlenecks and design challenges that cause them in the first place.
