• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• May assist in appraising, and coaching supervisor-level team members and providing disciplinary action.
•  Owns and oversee the warehouse function including receiving, issuing, shipping, transportation, cycle counting, and inventory control and reporting
• Assists Manager in evaluating performance, rewarding and coaching subordinates
• Managing daily operations of end-to-end fulfillment process of receiving, put-away, picking and packing, shipping and returns handling
• Establish standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products and materials
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships by mentoring doing problem solving, negotiating, and address staff challenges
• Continue Perform the all duties of receiving area.
