I am Joan D. Tormo,from Philippines,i started work when i was 19 yrs old,in Max's Corner Bakeshop,year 2016 -2021,i have 5 years experience in total.My work experience there is a full time,i can decorate regular cakes,but i don't know how to make sa decorate a customized cake.In my first year of work,im assigned in cup dessert making for Philippines Airline,we make a cssava cake,chocolate mousse,strawberry pannacotta,coffee mousse,crema de fruta and banana caramel in cup.Next is i assigned in base cake my duty is to mix the butter filling,and roll the cake.And the last i assigned in filling section,my duties mix the whipped butter,make garlic butter,cream cheese filling order by Yellow Cab restaurant.I love to cook and bake,i wish that all my knowledge and experience is capable in your company.Thank you!
