It is engaged in main products of Wiper Motor, that was established 1998 and started mass production of the year 2000. Development, design, manufacture and sale for small sized electrical parts and components for automotive application such as Wiper System, Electrical control Units and Motor application.
- Facilitate the preparation of new line transfer: Prepare line transfer plan, Initiate start-up meeting, Prepare engineering documents such as standard worksheet, control plan, process flow charts and PFMEA, Acts as over-all in-charge in the actual line set up.
- Facilitate the preparation for new model: Prepare process design (layout and process flow), jigs, engineering document (standard worksheet, control plan, process flow chart, PFMEA), Assure that mass production trial plan was implemented, Participate in actual trial of new model.
- Prepare all spare parts and consumables (from drawing, frequency of used and minimum stocks required.)
- Arrangement and planning of equipment, jig tools during design-change as well as revision and issuance of standard worksheet, control plan and PFMEA.
- Perform kaizen on line (line Improvement), due to change of production volume, quality improvement and cost improvement
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
