About
My name is Joffy Loking from the Philippines, I finished my Bachelor of Elementary Education Degree last 2008. I started off my career as a professional teacher for 13 years now as a 4th grader public school teacher. And during the onset of pandemic, where all schools worldwide are forced to close temporarily, so we shifted to distance learning.
It’s really a big issue during that time in our school of who is going to handle the Online Class since most of us don’t have a background or had a prior knowledge or trainings for that matter. So, I stood up and volunteered myself to be one of the Online Class teacher .
In that role, the major accomplishment I am most proud of is that I was able to render quality service to my online learners and parents that paves the way to better and higher learning outcomes as compared to modular learning. With that, my effort was recognized by the school and our division, and I was awarded as an Outstanding Online Class Implementer.
Aside from my teaching profession, I had been a softball coach and an officiating official in the same event as well.
I understand that for the teaching positions that you are hiring for, you’re looking for someone with strong process improvement skills. Over all, due to my background and achievements in successfully identifying gaps and creating efficiencies, I am confident I’ll be able to succeed in this role you are hiring for.
