I’m a detail-oriented Lead Generation, Data Entry, and CRM Support Specialist with experience in prospect research, lead qualification, web research, data scraping, and database cleanup. I’ve worked with Coremind Technology and Venus Incorporation, where I supported sales outreach by gathering, verifying, and organizing accurate business data, and I’m proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn research. Professional Experience

• At Coremind Technology, I worked as a Sales Researcher from February 2024 to June 2026, where I prepared pre-client meeting research based on client needs, collected relevant prospect and company information for outreach and planning, supported lead generation and lead identification activities, and organized research findings into clear and usable formats.

• I also handled Lead Generation at Coremind Technology from February 2024 to June 2026, where I created targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns, researched companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and online sources, collected and verified contact details such as email addresses, job titles, websites, and LinkedIn profiles, cleaned and organized lead data in Excel and Google Sheets, removed duplicates, maintained accurate sales-ready lead databases, and supported sales and outreach efforts with qualified prospect information.

• In addition, I worked in Data Scraping and Web Research at Coremind Technology from February 2024 to June 2026, where I collected publicly available business data from websites and directories, extracted and organized information into structured spreadsheets, standardized records, removed duplicate entries, and delivered clean CSV and Excel files for research and lead generation use.

• At Venus Incorporation, I served as a Data Entry Specialist from January 2025 to March 2026, where I organized, cleaned, and input business data into spreadsheets and databases, updated records accurately, maintained consistent formatting, validated data, removed duplicates to improve database quality, and assisted in keeping files and records ready for business use.
