The Jr. Service Representative checks and ensures thru turnover forms that all catering requirements, cabin and lavatory articles of assigned flights are prepared, assembled and delivered in accordance with the airlines standards and specifications. He ensures that all items loaded are reflected on the ISS, CSDO, supplementary forms, etc. for proper billings and chargers.
- Conduct Preflight briefing with personnel under his supervision before flight servicing to ensure teamwork and cooperation
- When servicing flight arrivals, ensures all incoming equipment and supplies are offloaded as required, segregated and endorsed to respective units
- For flight departures, check catering equipments, cabin lavatory supplies turned over by other operations units against checklist to ensure completeness of flight provisioning to avoid additional trips. Completes all delivery documents for proper billing
- Ensure on time servicing and conducts proper turnover of flight requirements to cabin crew and/or customer airline representative
- During Flight Servicing, ensure compliance to safety procedures, hygiene and sanitation standards and proper handling of equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Accomplishes a detailed flight service report when on duty and submits discrepancy/incident reports to Duty Manager
- Ensures job related permits and licenses (safety, quarantine, operator's permits and ID's) are always updated
- Updates self on changes, revisions on the loading guides, procedures, menus, catering requirements and specification of airlines being serviced
- Drives catering vehicles in case of emergency
- Monitors the performance of the equipment (vehicles) used when servicing flights
- Ensures that all catering equipment (vehicles) accessories are all accounted before and after flight servicing
- Leads the flight servicing team when servicing an assigned flight/s
- Monitors and reports subordinate's violation of employees rules and regulations to concerned personnel
- Comes up with ideas/suggestions/recommendations toward improving working condition, efficiency and productivity
- Coordinated with other departments on matters related to field servicing
- Observes/complies with company policies and procedures
- Takes responsibilities in the proper custody of assigned property accountabilities
- Performs other related task as may be assigned from time to time

The Catering Handler prepares, assembles, and delivers all catering requirements of assigned flight in accordance with the airlines' standards and specifications. He/She also assumes the role of the Service Representative in the latter's absence.
- Operates Food Loader Trucks (FLTs) and other service vehicles. Ensures the proper handling of company (catering) equipments at all times and abides by the set policies and procedures
- Conducts pre-trip inspection of catering vehicles assigned to him. Reports to Fleet Coordinators all discrepancies and deviation from safety standards

- Recommends enhancements and/or revisions in the work methods, procedures and working schedules as needed
- Attends defensive driving seminars and other trainings, as required
- Observes/complies with company policies and procedures
- Takes responsibility in the proper custody of assigned property accountability
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
