Community Procurement Officer III at Department of Social Welfare & Development (KALAHI CIDSS) (2023-06 – 2024-12)
- Coordinate with the Regional Procurement Officer for the guidance or clarifications on program and government procurement policies and guidelines.
- Coordination with the other technical staff at the Regional Program Management Office.
- Assists community volunteers in their planned community procurement activities.
- Ensure that procurement training schedules are conducted strategic to the manual.
- Provide inputs on procurement training design, act as resource person in procurement trainings.

- Renders assistance in the conduct of site validation in response to the identified prioritized community problems.
- Conducts environmental & Social safeguards screening & possible geo hazards to assists the community volunteers in preparing the environmental management plan.
- Assists community volunteers in their planned community procurement activities.
- Conduct pre-implementation conference at the community before actual start of the construction activities.
- Provides technical advice/review of engineering plans, detailed cost estimates and Program of Works (POW).
- Maintains & updates inventory of qualified suppliers, technical service providers, contractors, construction price lists, survey of labor cost rates, material testing & water quality laboratories, available equipment, and rental rates from existing infra projects in the Municipality.
Engineer II at Department of the Interior & Local Government (DILG) (2019-05 – 2021-07)
- Responsible for the overall supervision/monitoring of the ongoing project of the respective LGU's funded under Local Government Support Fund LGSF of the department under this program the following projects that we used to monitored are, as follows: Water System Project from Level I – Level III, Road & Bridges, Purchased of Rescue Vehicles, Evacuation Centers, Seawalls & Slope Protection.
- Monitoring the physical & financial aspects per LGU.
- Monitoring the other infra projects with other agency such as Housing of the NHA.
- Conduct Capacity Development training to the LGU to enhance the performance of the LGU with regards to the implementation of infra projects.
Engineer B at National Irrigation Administration (NIA) (2017-08 – 2019-04)
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the ongoing project such as Dam, Canals & Slope Protections Projects.

Engineer I at Department of Health (DOH) (2016-06 – 2017-06)
- Monitored Various Health Facility Infrastructure Implemented by the Department.
- Conduct Turn – over activities of the completed health facility infrastructure.
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the ongoing project.
- Provide necessary decision making during the actual implementation of the project.
- Drafting & designing of health facility infrastructure.
- Preparing Program of Work (POW).
