• Maintained GPON OLT systems (BDCOM & Huawei) supporting approximately 8,000+subscribers across multiple service areas. Handled subscriber provisioning, activation and after-sales support. L2 support for complex issues.

• Administered MikroTik routers for firewall rules (NAT, mangle, filter rules, packet shaping), policy based routings, auto-failover, IPoE. VLAN, DHCP, IPv4-addresses, and Routing. Monthly system back-up and log analysis.

• Monitored network equipments (interfaces and system resources) using MRTG for bandwidth shaping and capacity planning. Maintained operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows servers) insuring system availability 24/7.

• I’ve automated disconnection process of FTTH subscribers. Which increased in business productivity, and higher accuracy by reducing labor and eliminating human error.

• Continuously analyze network behavior, identifying capacity limitations, potential failure points, and upgrade equipments required to improve performance and scalability.

• Conduct on-site visits to subscriber locations for hands-on technical support.
