Service Crew at Cup Oh Bubble Tea Shop (2022-01 – 2023-12)

• Welcoming clients, providing excellent customer service, and taking, assembling, and presenting food orders.
• Cleaning in line with the sanitary requirements of the restaurant, which may include but is not limited to sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the walls, tables, countertops, kitchen, and service equipment.
• Garbage removal, restroom cleaning, and cleaning the customer service area.

Service Crew at Gaming Sports Bar (2023-01 – Present)

• Removing dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware, wiping down tables and chairs, and resetting them for the next guests.
• Taking drink orders from customers, preparing non-alcoholic beverages like sodas, juices, or water, and sometimes even simple coffee or tea, and bringing them to the correct tables.
• Bussing tables includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing counters and equipment, emptying trash cans, and ensuring that all areas, service stations, and sometimes even kitchen areas.
