Docent (Visitors Experience Department) - Chinatown Museum

• Assisting, monitoring, ensuring cleanliness and order, and offering tours to every guest.
• Involved at guiding the participants for seminars, and becoming part of the museum's success, such as the special visit of Pres. Marcos for Chinatown Revitalization Phase on February 13.
• Led educational tours for students, group tours, and a VIP tour during my internship.
• Assisted and monitored a huge crowd of visitors for the Chinese New Year.
