I am a highly-motivated and goal-driven graduate with a Bachelor's degree in English Education at Philippine Normal University – Mindanao and now a Licensed Professional Teacher, ready to take another phase in my life by seeking to begin a professional career as a Virtual Assistant. With my communication and intrapersonal skills developed through my teaching and academic training, I am brimming with eagerness and enthusiasm to bring excellent customer service in the best way I can, active listening and problem-solving abilities to a fast-paced call center environment.
