Records Officer is primarily responsible in supervising the end-to-end process administration of records management; from receipt of processed records, appraisal, archiving, and releasing to respective recipients to maintain and protect the organization's information assets. It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, participate to process and system enhancements, and handle inquiries and concerns relative to his/her task.

- Function as logistics coordinator to Third Party Support/Providers (e.g., Scanning Service Provider, Brands, ALI-Knowledge Management) on all concerns regarding records replication, archiving, requisition, retrieval, and releasing, etc.
- Reviews and recommends financial transactions, such as but not limited to, function-related billings, cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidations
- Handling of all escalated issues, inquiries and concerns raised by internal and external clients
- Collaborates with the ISU to install and maintain digitalrecords management solutions or RIS in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
- Creates and delivers training program to educate personnel on best practices in records management, such as the use of digitalrecords management systems and the proper handling of confidential information
- Recommendation of, and participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the unit
- Preparation of reports, analyses and recommendations to the Records Operation Head, Management, Brand, and other Units, as needed
- Creates and carry out disaster recovery strategies to safeguard the organization's records in the case of a natural disaster or other calamity
