Obtain a position as QA/QC Engineer in a Construction Company to utilize my 17 years of experience in QA/QC works, civil construction and quantity surveying / estimation skills.

• Preparation of project quality plan, material submittals, method statements, inspection test plans and notice for inspection.
• Compiling & coordinating all quality control documents to get a final approval from the Consultant/Client.
• Reviewing certifications and material submittal documents to ensure validity, warranty and compliance with project/authorities’ specifications. 
• Record any non-conformance and construction practices, materials and equipment and report to the Manager in details the potential problems for early resolution.
• Witness on site and off site materials and perform installation test compliance with the approved standards.
• Inspect materials and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance in the proper handling storage and protection at construction sites.
• Studies contractual documents and client requirements and prepares project quality documents for Consultant/Client approval.
• Monitor and perform activities at all stages of the project, assist in the preparation of civil progress reports, ensuring effective implementation of all procedures in accordance with Project Quality Plan
• Attends site progress meetings.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety and sanitation standards are being met.
• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance and Site Instruction.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Perform other job-related duties as required and assigned
