- Allocation of stocks
- Replenishment of existing items (Both Local & Imported)
- Create purchase orders of new and existing items
- Monitor sell-through of all new items to know if it can have repeat order
- knowledgeable in SAP HANA , Analysis for Microsoft Excel, PIVOT
- Monitor weekly and YTD sales of the category.
- Monitor stocks in warehouse
- Monitor movement of stocks and prepare pull-out or markdown memo for non-moving or slow-moving items.
- Strong Vendor negotiation
- Source new items to have in store, especially for Back to School and Christmas season both Local & Imported vendors.
- Assist all incoming shipment c/o Importation Team, Warehouse & Logistic.
- Prepare sampling sheets for all sourced items.
- Coordinates with Marketing department in every sale or promotional event
- Coordinates with the Creative team with regards to the items under product development like licensed product, in-house brand, etc.
- Source vendors/suppliers to produce our licensed products.
- Prepare quotations of imported and local items.
