- Monitor and update the Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan and Schedule.
- Monitor the Daily Activities of other Technician's
- Monitor the Daily Performance of Production Machineries and Facilities Equipments such as Press Machine, Plastic Injection Machine, Chiller, Air Compressor, Air conditioning unit, Etc.
- Provide continues improvement of equipment for better efficiency and higher yield.
- Coordination and Cooperation with Maintenance Personnel in other subsidiaries.
- Leads on machine set-up and qualification
- Leads other technicians in conducting, monitoring and trouble shooting
- Conducts initial failure analysis and machine trouble shooting
- Formulate, analyzes, Initiates and recommend corrective actions on the basis of mechanical analysis to maintain the specified quality level and yield
- Lead on Machine and Equipment preventive Maintenance and monthly inventory
- Trains Technicians and orient them regarding the changes in machine operation or new work methods
- Perform trial run and qualification for new models
- Conduct orientations and trainings on newly hired technician
- Prepares Machine and Equipment training procedure and manuals
- Monitor and allocation of manpower

- Analyze failure to be able to find the root cause and provide other solution downtime coaching by trend.
