• Document Controller: Ensure that all documents for transmittal & distribution are submitted on time and maintain tracking logbook. Conduct follow-up with the other entities for timely submission to avoid delays
• Reporting: In charge of creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Organize the prompt submission of the contractor's paperwork and reports.
• Process Billings: Ensures that the contractor billing requirements are complete, endorses the billing to the third party QS and to the Client.
