JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Checking method statement, submittal documentation, design proposal, and working drawings.
• Review design drawing and technical specification of the project to verify if shop drawing and installation on site is meet specified standards and as per project requirements.
• Coordinates and monitors subcontractors concerning mechanical and electrical material/equipment submissions, deliveries to site, and storage on/off-site.
• Monitors subcontractor works concerning mechanical and electrical installations from below ground conduits and piping to final installation of equipment such as transformers, pumps, generators, and switchboards.
• Attends inspections with the Owner’s Engineer and prepares reports on all tests carried out.
• Supports the QA/QC department with fieldwork and documentation for mechanical and electrical installation quality control.
• Checking subcontractor as-built drawings, operation manuals, and procedures.
