- Securing and renewing necessary permits (e.g., Permit to Operate, Discharge Permit, Hazardous Waste Generator ID) prior to construction and during project operation.
- Overseeing proper handling, storage, and disposal of solid and hazardous waste (e.g., spent oils, chemical containers) and ensuring hazardous waste is covered by a Permit to Transport.
