- Leads peer review of plans/specification/shop drawing/BIM Model in coordination with TSD prior to procurement and during implementation, including generations of RFI's.
- Reviews material Take-off (QS) of each MEFPS trade (Bid vs IFC), prepared by MEFPS Field Engineers as reference during implementation, cost reconciliation (billings/change orders), productivity analysis.
- Direct MEFPS Field Engineers, subcontractors/suppliers for the preparation of RFI's product data/shop drawings and for the implementation of works at site based on PEP/PES.
- Coordinates and review all RFI's with TSD OpCen Supervisor, CG MEPFS and Engineer of Record.
- Prepare weekly accomplishment reports, attends weekly weekly PTG/Design coordination meetings, including principal meetings as required by the Project Manager/MEFPS Manager. Attend weekly MEPFS coordination meetings and weekly site operations meeting.
- Ensures implementation of all works based Safety, Quality, Time and Cost program of MDC.
- Attends to scheduled cost reconciliation between MDC cost engineers/QS and subcontractors re billings and change orders.
- Supervises the implemention of the Testing and Commissioning Plan/Program for the Project.
- Report Directly to the following on all MEFPS concerns at site: a) Functional to MEFPS Head; b) Administrative to Project Manager; and c) Directly coordinates with OpCen Departments on all projects concern that need immediate action.
- Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
