I'm a Marine Biologist and seeking an entry-level position where I can apply scientific research skills, contribute to marine resource sustainability, and utilize my knowledge in innovation and sustainable marine-based solutions. While I may still be in the early stages of my professional career and my background is rooted in research and academic work, I'm also interested in working with non-profit organizations committed to responding to urgent community needs while building long-term resilience through inclusive, field-based interventions. I want to apply my skills more directly in community-driven development initiatives.

Experienced in youth leadership, public service, environmental initiatives, administrative support, and creative design. Served as a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman leading community and youth development programs while coordinating with local government stakeholders. Completed internship training at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region X, supporting administrative operations, documentation, and environmental governance activities.

Also worked as a creative and publication support designer for a Singapore-based nonprofit organization, producing visual and communication materials focused on sustainability initiatives. Additionally provided freelance administrative and creative services including data entry, research-based writing, article development, and graphic design for various clients.

Pursuing Master of Science in Marine Biology at Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology as a DOST-ASTHRDP Scholar, with research focused on marine natural products and sustainable chitosan-based materials as alternatives to conventional plastics. Academic experience also includes socio-demographic and ecological studies related to coastal communities and fisheries systems. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the same institution, receiving recognition as a Best Thesis Awardee and presenting research at scientific and institutional forums.
