In my current role at Bauer International Philippines INC., I have been instrumental in the successful completion of PIC-Civil, QA/QC Engineer and QS Engineer, where my responsibilities included handling project for civil. This experience has not only enhanced my technical skills in project management, quality assurance/control and cost estimation but has also cultivated my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Preparing daily, weekly & monthly Report

• Daily Management for the Site including supervising & monitoring site direct worker and subcontractors
• Implement the plans, method statement, and schedule of the engineering work accordingly
• Monitors work compliance with applicable work structural construction codes and structural specification notes
• Preparing project quantity take off prior to billing reconciliation from client and subcontractors
• Constructing an inspection test plan, method statement, materials approval, and other quality assurance works and implementing the method statement at the project basin
• Conducting of meeting with client & subcontractors for the project concerns
• Site execution as per IFC plan
• Structural steel works execution
• Rectification of punch list
