I'm a Registered Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years across product design at Dyson and process engineering at San Miguel Brewery. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have worked hands-on across the full design and improvement lifecycle — tolerance analysis, DFM, FMEA, root cause analysis, and operational efficiency projects.

I'm currently targeting Continuous Improvement, Facilities Engineering, and Design Engineering roles where I can apply both my technical foundation and my LSS toolkit to real problems.

What drives me is curiosity — I like understanding how systems work from the ground up, and I'm not afraid to learn something new to get there.

Process Engineer at San Miguel Brewery (2025-09 – 2026-01)

• Led the preparation of Daily Operations Reports to track and analyze the performance of 15+ production lines across multiple brewery facilities nationwide, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Represented the mechanical engineering team in pre-bidding supplier evaluations, reviewing technical proposals to support informed and strategic project award decisions.

• Executed tolerance stack-up analysis across 7 assembly components using statistical methods, safeguarding proper fit, surfacing potential risks, and pinpointing optimal tolerances for tight-fit interfaces.
• Led end-to-end 3D CAD modelling and surfacing for a critical assembly component, delivering a design that met all functional and production requirements.
• Reviewed 3 Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reports from tooling engineers, enforcing part design robustness and verifying correct behavior within the tooling environment.
