• Evaluate and adjudicate dealer warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, technical standards, and documentation requirements.
• Provide technical and warranty support to dealership service teams to improve repair accuracy, diagnosis validation, and service turnaround efficiency.
• Coordinate submission, monitoring, and resolution of warranty claims and Product Concern Reports (PCR) with Jiangling Motors Corporation (JMC China).
• Conduct warranty claims and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process training for dealership personnel, accredited service centers, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
• Perform annual warranty audits across authorized dealerships and service centers to verify compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Analyze dealer warranty KPIs and prepare quarterly performance evaluations to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual warranty performance reports to Aftersales Management.
• Submit warranty claims to JMIE and process settlement documentation and reimbursement requests for approved warranty claims to maintain timely dealer compensation.
• Draft and issue warranty bulletins, technical advisories, and procedural updates to dealership networks.
• Participate in technical coordination meetings with manufacturer representatives to address field concerns, recurring technical issues, and warranty trends.
• Support investigation and validation of technical concerns involving vehicle components, electrical systems, and aftersales-related issues.
