- Takes pictures of the property being appraised during ocular inspection for proper documentation purposes.
- Review and approve real estate appraisal reports and progress inspection reports from home loans and commercial building construction loans.
- Conducts research and surveys of property being offered for sale through Internet sales listings (Sulit.com, property for sale, etc.) for comparative analysis of land value, land with improvements, etc.
- Prescreens the assigned account and the corresponding documents by reviewing the title and tax declaration, building plan and vicinity map to verify if it is technically identified for the same property and ensure that the proper document was submitted by the Marketing units.
