my name is yedidiya kidane and I am 26 years old. I am currently working as a photographer I am a big fan of communication I try resolve any conflict I face by talking to people, I have a lot of patience and tolerance towards customers and I am good at connecting with people even the ones with challenging behaviors. I am a very committed and dedicated person , I always achieve my goals although some goals I have take a bit more time to achieve than the ones I have already achieved I'm sure I'll get there.

I heard about call center (customer service job) from my friends and the job sounded like it would fit right with me, I am amazing at giving service to people, I am great at multi tasking and also great at communication so that's why I am applying for this job.

I have applied for the same position before for online remote call center job and passed an the first part of the interview but couldn't take the second part of the interview which was system check and we couldn't do that due to Connection problem in my area but now that I have changed where I live and have a good network connection I thought it would be a good Idea to apply again. I am currently working as a photographer and I also have managing experience except it was nothing digital, it was a family business that I used to be a part of. I tried writing e-books online but never had them published.

I graduated highschool and took some university courses in the field of architecture but never really graduated because I had to join the family business and it was my families decision that I withdraw from college and help them with work. I am sure I will get my degree when I have time to finish my courses in the future. Although I don't have a degree I am sure I will be more than capable to handle the responsibilities that this job requires of me.

I just hope you give me a chance to prove it to you. I will be available full time and want to work for a long time as your employee.
