- Reviews and interprets project specifications and drawings before inspection of all quality-related procedures to ensure activities at the site conform to the updated site plan, schedule, and budget
- Conducts preliminary punch listing to minimize rectification efforts at completion, reducing labor costs and increasing efficiency, and assists third-party inspector and client during walk-through and inspection
- Evaluates non-compliance reports (NCRs), site instructions reports, and formulates corrective action/preventive action requests (CARs/PARs) to be implemented on site
- Collaborates with the client and trade contractors (MEPF) to develop necessary methodologies on the scope of work and attends meetings regarding quality procedures and commitment to the schedule.
- Prepares RFI and RFA to resolve issues encountered at the site
- Witness and document testing of materials (concrete, rebar, masonry, steel), and perform a slump test during concrete pouring to assess quality and integrity
- Prepares quantity take-off of concrete materials, responsible for batching of concrete during pouring
- Prepares and Documents Handover, IWR, and WAP before site implementation

- Estimates actual rebar on site for the schedule of delivery
- Review cutting lists for RFA's based on the schedule and details on the structural plan for approval by the designer
- Evaluates work accomplished and the number of rebars for billing
- Formulates alternative and corrective measures compliant with the specifications and standard quality
