• Delivered BDO Makati Data Center relocation during COVID-19 — completing a mission-critical ACI migration on time with zero downtime to production systems, overcoming live supply chain collapse and site access restrictions.

• Built and maintained PMO tracking infrastructure across 3 concurrent programs (Galactus, Phoenix, MWAN), enabling leadership to make informed go/no-go decisions at each Project Control Board review.
• Produced Weekly Implementation Reports and Project Control Board (PCB) reports for senior Nokia stakeholders — maintaining governance continuity across multi-site, multi-vendor rollouts.

Project Manager (Consultant) at NEC Philippines (2016-02 – 2016-12)

• Managed rollout of 514 Microwave Radio Hops across Visayas and Mindanao under Globe Project Vindicator (IP-PDH technology) — one of the largest microwave deployments in the region at the time.
• Negotiated Php 5 million in cost savings across implementation and warehousing scope without compromising delivery timelines or quality standards.

• Managed NCR decommissioning of 45 ZTE CDMA cabinets and Huawei CDMA installations; supervised Tekelec STP hardware verification at CAT Telecom Thailand and PT Telkom Indonesia.

• Provided 24/7 onsite installation and technical support for TEKELEC Eagle 5 SAS STP across SS7 protocols (CAMEL, INAP, ISUP, MAP, TCAP) and GPRS (Gb, Gn).
