Oversee employee performance, provide guidance, supports and communicate company needs.
Inspect and repair production equipment (Filling lines, Air Compressor, Pumps, etc), forklift, and facilities (Generator set and Fire pump) periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
Ensure that preventive maintenance plan and records are maintained.
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment.
Participate in coordination of projects.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
