About
- Oversee employee performance, provide guidance, supports and communicate company needs.
- Inspect and repair production equipment (Filling lines, Air Compressor, Pumps, etc), forklift, and facilities (Generator set and Fire pump) periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Ensure that preventive maintenance plan and records are maintained.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Participate in coordination of projects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
