- For Pacemaker Patient: Monitor vital signs, especially heart rate. Observe and report any chest pain or dizziness. Help the patient avoid electrical or magnetic interference. Ensure follow-up appointments and record cardiac status.
- For Tracheostomy Patient: Provide regular tracheostomy and suction care. Keep airway clear and clean using sterile technique. Watch for signs of infection or breathing difficulty. Maintain necessary trach care supplies and oxygen support.
- For Septic Shock / Bedridden Patient with Pressure Sore: Closely monitor vital signs and administer treatments as ordered. Reposition patient every 2 hours to prevent bedsores. Clean and dress wounds using aseptic technique. Ensure proper nutrition, hydration, and hygiene. Document all care and report any signs of infection or deterioration.
