• Monitor daily production schedules to ensure alignment with installed capacity per package and lead type, maintaining consistent production flow.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to work-in-process - ensuring seamless operations.
• Generate and analyze manufacturing performance reports including cycle time, on-time delivery, stationary lots, and shipment plans while simultaneously providing actionable insights to the management.
• Proactively tracked assigned customer accounts and communicate potential issues that could impact production performance. With the sole goal of reducing delays and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Assess WIP availability and develop load plans to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.
