- Applies project design standard to design drawings.
- Conducts model using 3D review platform and create 3D models of moderate complexity
- Determining the tools and materials needed in centralized refrigeration system for Commercial and Industrial refrigeration. Take-off the quantity for estimation.
- Designing copper pipes sizes which will be applicable to compressor, condenser, and the capacity of the evaporator (refrigeration showcase).
- Selection of the evaporator, what capacity to be use in cold room (chiller or freezer) depending on the size of the room.
- Selection of the compressor according to the load of the evaporator. We also select condensing unit or compressor rack for commercial refrigeration.
- Performs modeling using AutoCAD to design ordered materials and equipment for prototype fabrication. Prepare the shop drawings for Construction Plan and as built plan.
- Assign, schedule and supervise necessary personnel for assigned project.
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are met in the implementation of the projects.
