- Make cost-effective changes to existing operating procedures
- Planning and monitoring of Daily production planning/scheduling
- Daily meeting with sales and logistic for Production planning
- Plan and develop new operating procedures that can maximize production
- Work & implement TPM (Total productive maintenance) module in organization
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to quality and quantity
- Work closely with other engineering teams and optimize plant's operation
- Administer mechanical changes in the processing machinery
- Evaluate product designs and improvise efficiency
- Initiate and implement material development process
- Timely supply products in volumes and at quality level coherent with the standards set by Quality Assurance and by the head of manufacturing department
- Report daily to the department manager- manufacturing on all activity for the day
- Ensuring production with quality and to achieve target yield
- Preparing SOP & releasing for production (Trial tool, product)
- New Mold/materials trial
- To control the wastage and reduce WIP
- Implementation of quality systems as per ISO9001-2015
- Assisting Management in implementing kaizen, 5s, Six sigma etc.
- Working under SOP for Production Planning
- Preparing OCAP (Out of control action plan) for critical problems (CAPA)
- Maintaining documents according to ISO 9001-2015, TS-16949, and Working in ERP system
- Presentation of KPI (key performance indicator) to top management
- MIS preparation and plan and work for OEE improvement
