I make records in case we need to refer some of them I create a referral forms and do instructions. I make sure that every details needed was deliberate clearly. For the probable and possible on pregnancy, I assist in a laboratory needed by them to confirm for a positive pregnancy.
In the Labor Room I took the V/S including the FHT, and do the best that I can in helping the patient to lessen the pain of labor by teaching deep breathing, pelvic rocking/tilt, massaging, and even in diverting some of their attentions. I attend the basic needs of the newborn, like changing diaper, umbilical cord care. And above all these I document all information's.
And give health teaching to the clients before going home and give the instruction, I perform all task assigned to me with a positive behavior and compassionate heart. Enhance all Nursing skills, perform a bed side nursing assist doctors and Nurses above all participate in helping the clients and patients to recover or maintain their balance state of wellness. Be the primary nurse sometimes, do health teaching and above all attended clients health needs.
We allow giving medicines with the supervision of Medicine nurse.
