PRIMARY DUTIES:

✓ Ensure that all product water, raw materials, and final products conformed with quality standards as required by the company

✓ Conduct routine quantitative and qualitative analyses from raw materials to finished products

(physico-chemical analyses and other testing parameters)

✓ Ensure that GMP and food safety standards are strictly followed, and cleaning and sanitation were properly conducted in accordance to CIP/COP matrix or program

✓ Ensure control of non-conforming products and raw materials

✓ Involve in initializing root cause analyses and creating corrective action plans for quality/operational issues
