- Utilize advanced skills to devise Preventive Maintenance Programs, forecast for corrective repair/replacement of building and property equipment, hardware, systems, and grounds. - Ensure proper water management, quality test, and distribution pre and post-construction phase for cost efficiency and conservation of resources. The same shall apply for electricity as applicable
- Will monitor warranties and maintain constant ties with contractors and suppliers even after the project completion
- Ensure clean-up of contractor upon hand over and handle/supervise additional clean up necessary during the interim phase
- Receive master keys, door keys, individual keys to all areas of the community and prepare an efficient key plan for retention and handover
- Supervise 3rd party contractors that may be needed post-construction for clean-up, hauling, installations, optional service add-ons
- Work in tandem with the Site Manager and Relationship Manager for oculars and inspections of both buyers, Property Management Group, and Management Representative
- Will ensure proper and complete handover to the Association Team once ready for take over. May schedule advance move-ins of select staff, operations, and technical, as needed
