- Collecting Keys of Units and Common Areas prior of handover to QAQC Team
- Conduct Site Inspection / Re-checking of Units prior the Turnover to Clients / Unit Owner
- Coordinate with MDC - MEPFS Team, APMC-TG and APMC-Operation Team prior to complete punchlist of Common Areas
- Conduct Site Inspection of Exterior Architectural Works and Punchlisting (Façade Audit)
- Sending Endorsement to APMC- Architectural Team for the Close-out Punchlist for the Common Areas
- Coordination with APMC – Operation Team to check the Units and Common area for the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and Leak Concern
- Direct Reporting to the Supervisor and Project Manager for the site updates
